Wells perpetrated a lot of Utopias. This one dates from the early 1920s and is up to speed on quantum theory.  A dozen representative earthlings- including a political adventurer modelled, not altogether lovingly, on Winston Churchill- get bounced into a nearby universe- and proceed to make asses to themselves.
