Aports?

Someone is dropping coins on our drive. I've picked up three in a short space of time- small silvery ones- a 20p coin and two 5p coins.

Now it could just be that one of our recent visitors has a hole in their trouser pocket- or it might be that someone on the other side is trying to tell me something. If I find any more It'll bolster the case for them being aports....

I've had experience with aports. One of the churches where I served as curate once had a very large amount of loose change dumped in its grounds over a period of a couple of weeks. You'd go out and pick it up and think you'd found all there was and then go out later and there'd be more. No "rational" explanation was ever forthcoming...
