This one's fairly straightforward. It's an Annunciation. Mary sits at her reading desk while the Archangel Gabriel tiptoes up behind. The ill-defined golden thing in the background between them is almost certainly the Holy Ghost.

Gabriel has lost his head and Mary never seems to have been in possession of a right arm.
