An Anniversary

It's six years ago today that we drove down here to look after my mother. We had no idea what we were committing to. It was a crisis. Something had to be done. We moved in- and took it from there.

I wasn't blogging that week so I've no access to what I was thinking.

Baw and Sith continue to paint windows. Matthew turned up with the contents of a hedge he just cleared for another client and piled it on our bonfire site; he gets into trouble if he has big fires where he lives. When the combustibles are all burned up he says he'll remove the metal- and there's a lot of it- mostly ours and mostly superannuated barbed wire.
