One of Life's Essentials

We paused on the way home to stop at a supermarket to buy essentials. No sooner had I stepped through the door than I realised there was something missing from the list- a magnolia tree. It was the last one on its shelf and it was calling to me.

I planted it as soon as we got home. That's the third magnolia we've added to the garden.
