Local Elections

In the twenty minutes or so it takes the carers to get my mother up and dressed Ailz and I whisk out to the village hall to cast our votes in the local elections. While the Tories will probably be thrashed in the country I don't suppose they'll be thrashed in Tunbridge Wells though they might lose overall control- or even be edged out by the Lib Dems- as happened in the mid 90s. I voted Labour. Labour doesn't have a prayer. I do love my lost causes.
