A bright, sunny, cold, cold day.

Temperature at the front of the house- where the sensor is in the sun: 3.6

Temperature at the back of the house- where the sensor is out of the sun: 0.7

I step outside and the cold goes through the many layers I'm wearing straight to my bones. I hate being cold. I don't remember minding in times past so I suppose this is a sign of age.

Kelly the carer says there's ice on the roads and cars are slipping and sliding and coming a cropper.
