|Cat And Dog

Matthew's soppy dog comes lolloping into the house going, "Aren't you pleased to see me!" And Marlowe leaps out of hiding, fur abristle, claws extended and catches her with both paws on either side of her silly face. Boff!|
No disputing who's king of this particular castle.
I think in this cats can even be very stern... No matter if the creature entering their territory is bigger than them.
The dog was bigger than the cat but the cat had surprise on his side- and was fighting on his home turf.
Sure speaks for a healthy self-confidence...
"Get off from MY lawn!"
We knew our cat was hit badly with senile dementia when she started doing this to our German shepherd, after a decade of hiding from him.
Taking on a German shepherd is probably not a very good idea. This dog is a mongrel, but with a good bit of terrier in her make-up. I've seen her catch a mole- which is more than our cat ever did.
I've had cats do that as well. My Sofia will kill a cat if she catches it but Tito knows their fury and stays clear.
I don't believe I've ever heard of a cat killing a dog but they're quite capable of winning fights with them.
Cats are ALWAYS the boss!
