My Mother And Mario

My mother sits all morning with the Telegraph in front of her. She doesn't open it any longer. She looks at the front page of the news section and the front page of the business section. She reads headlines and asks me to explain them. This morning she asked me who Mario Draghi was. I told her. The story was about him doing something or not doing something that had caused stocks to fall. I didn't understand it either.
