Breakfast [Jun. 17th, 2014|09:24 am]

Ailz tells me my morning glass of pure orange juice contains 11 spoonfuls of sugar.

Oh...

Bother....

And I thought I'd made the sensible choice.

I might as well be eating coco pops.

Coco Pops have few if any vitamins, whereas orange juice has lots.

And yes, drinking a gallon of orange juice per day is bad, but one glass should be good. After all, eating any kind of fruit will also give you a serious load of sugar.

(Just read the contents label... Some "orange juice" is little more than orange squash! I drink home-made apple juice, so I know that it takes 3-4 kilos of apples to make a single 75cl bottle - and nothing else is added.)

I drink the store's own budget line orange juice- but it's the real thing- no additives.
