Bank Holiday Monday

The back door goes "ding-dong" when I open it and the outside rabbit hears and comes running in the hope that I'll let him into the kitchen to forage for carrots.

I've just hung some washing on the line; I don't know if it's a good idea. Today started bright but is now overcast and breezy. One of the weather persons forecast that this Bank Holiday would be "colder than Christmas". Thus far they've been wrong. Ooh look, there's that goldfinch again!
